Prayer made to quash the F.I.R. in Case Crime No.773 of 2023 need not be entertained in view of the fact that there are specific allegations with regard to commissioning of offence under Section 307 and other sections of I.P.C. The injury report also shows the existence of six injuries on the victim. Prima-facie commissioning of cognizable offence is clearly disclosed. Prayer made to quash the F.I.R. is declined.
