¶1The petitioner has called in question the order dated

18.07.2023 passed by respondent no. 3 cancelling the license of the petitioner firm under the provisions of U.P. Krishi Utpadan Mandi Adhiniyam, 1964. The consequential order passed by respondent no. 4 dated 02.11.2023 is also under challenge.

¶2Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Krishi Utpadan Mandi Parishad submits that the petitioner has alternative remedy of filing appeal under Section 25 of the Act, which is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶3Accordingly, we decline to entertain the challenge and relegate the petitioner to the alternative remedy provided under the Act. In case any appeal is filed by the petitioner within two weeks from today, it shall be decided expeditiously preferably within next eight weeks.
