Applicants being accused have approached this Court through this application under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashing of order dated 31.10.2023 passed by the A.C.J.M. Khurja, District-Bulandshahr in Case No. 775 of 2022 arising from Case Crime No. 151 of 2020, under Sections 498-A, 323 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Khurja Nagar, District-Bulandshahr whereby non bailable warrants against him have been issued, and further for quashing the entire proceeding of Case No. 775 of 2022. Learned counsel for the applicants contends that warrants against the applicants has been issued recently on 31.10.2023 and the applicants have come to know about it only recently. It is further submitted that the applicants are willing to settle their dispute with the wife, therefore, the wishes to make an application under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C. for recalling/cancellation of the warrants and do not want to press this writ petition.
