¶1The only grievance of petitioners is that they were transferred by order dated 26.10.2018 from District Etawah but till date they have not been relieved so as to join at the place where they have been transferred.

¶2In the facts and circumstances, I do not find any reason to keep this matter pending, and, accordingly, I dispose of this writ petition with the direction that in case the transfer order of petitioners has not been modified, revoked, stayed or deferred by any competent authority in exercise of power vested in it, the relieving authority shall forthwith relieve the petitioner without any further delay, and, in any case, within two days from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
