On 25.05.2022, following order was passed:- "Learned counsel for the applicant prays for and is granted one week time to file supplementary affidavit. Put up as fresh on 07.07.2022." Thereafter, on 07.07.2022, following order was passed:- "On 25.05.2022, time was granted to learned counsel for the applicant to file supplementary affidavit, but till date, no supplementary affidavit has been filed. List this matter in the second week of August, 2022. In the meantime, learned counsel for the applicant may file supplementary affidavit." From the perusal of aforesaid orders, it is clear that the time was granted to the applicant to file supplementary affidavit, but till date, he has not filed the same.
