¶1Ms. Kirti Gupta, Advocate holding brief of Shri Rohan Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh as there are some inaccuracies in the present writ petition which requires to be removed.

¶2Prayer so made is allowed.

¶3Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
