¶1It has been informed that the petitioner has deposited Rs.2,50,00,000/- in pursuance of the One Time Settlement Scheme, which was entered into between the petitioner and the Bank on 21.9.2023.

¶2Sri Ramesh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the Bank, on instructions, states that the Bank is ready to handover the cold storage within a period of one week as Rs.2,00,00,000/- has been deposited by the petitioner as per the order dated 21.11.2023. He also agrees that the petitioner has further deposited Rs.50,00,000/- after the deposit of Rs.2,00,00,000/-.

¶3Under such circumstances, we direct that the Bank may handover the possession of the cold storage to the petitioner within a period of one week from today. Further, the petitioner is directed to deposit the remaining amount in four equal monthly installments. If the petitioner defaults in paying any of the four installments, this order shall stand automatically vacated.
