¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Sharad Chandra Upadhyay, learned Standing Counsel.

¶2In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to respondent nos.6 and 7.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer for a direction to respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated

5.10.2023 qua the cancellation of character certificate issued in favour of respondent nos.6 and 7.

¶4Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking respondent no.2 to look into, examine and redress the grievance of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law expeditiously but certainly after giving opportunity to respondent nos.6 and 7 also.
