¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Case No.8849 of 2019 arising out of Case Crime No.0164 of 2019 (State vs. Ashish Mishra and another), under Sections 406, 419, 420, 452, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Kotwali Katra, District-Mirzapur, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mirzapur.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant initiated proceeding under aforesaid sections against the accused persons and charge-sheet submitted on 04.10.2019 but since then no charge has been framed against accused persons.

¶4Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2019, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to frame charge within six months and decide the proceeding in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties.
