¶1Heard Shri Prem Babu Verma, learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent, and perused the record.

¶2The petitioner has preferred instant revision with a prayer to set aside the impugned order dated 29.8.2023 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra in Maintenance No.625 of 2018 titled as Smt. Kamlesh and another v. Kanno Singh, under section 125 Cr.P.C.

¶3Having heard learned counsel for the revisionist and having gone through the record, it appears that the Family Court has awarded a maintenance of Rs.4500/- per month to the wife-respondent no.2 from the date of filing of the application, which is just and reasonable.

¶4In such view of the matter, no good ground has been shown in the revision petition. The revision-petition is devoid of merits, and is accordingly, dismissed.

¶5Needless to say that the application for maintenance was filed in June, 2018, whereas the Family Court disposed off the maintenance application in August, 2023.
