¶1Heard Shri Mayank Yadav, learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent, and perused the record.

¶2The revisionist has preferred instant revision with a prayer to set aside the impugned judgment and order dated 24.8.2023 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Shamli in Case No.377 of 2022 titled as Sublesh v. Prikshit Singh, under section 125 Cr.P.C.
