¶1None appeared on behalf of the revisionist to argue the revision on merits, even in the revised call.

¶2Heard learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent and perused the record.

¶3The petitioner has preferred instant revision with a prayer to quash the impugned order dated 27.9.2023 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, District Azamgarh in Case No.829 of 2015, under section 125 Cr.P.C.

¶4Having gone through the record, it appears that the Family Court has been pleased to award a maintenance of Rs.4500/- per month to the wife-respondent no.2 from the date of filing of the application, which is just and proper.

¶5In such view of the matter, no good ground has been made in the revision petition. The revision-petition is devoid of merits, and is accordingly, dismissed.

¶6Needless to say that the application for maintenance was filed in October, 2015, whereas the Family Court disposed off the petition in September, 2023.
