Applicant-Anil Kumar @ Bhole being complainant has approached this Court through this application under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure seeking direction to expedite the proceedings of Session Trial No.487 of 2023, under Sections 302, 120-B I.P.C., relating to Police Station Shikohabad, District Firozabad, arising out of Case Crime No.918 of 2022. During the course of hearing, it is not disputed that the charges against the accused persons were framed on 04.03.2022 and in all there are 19 prosecution witnesses and two have been examined. Considering the above background, the nature of the offence, this Court does not find any inordinate delay in conclusion of the trial, therefore, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction as prayed for.
