¶1Heard Shri Sanjay Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri F.A. Ansari, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent.

¶2In view of the order, which is proposed to be passed, notices need not go to the private respondents.

¶3The petitioner has approached this Court to expedite the proceedings of Complaint Case No. 318 of 2021 (Sudha Mall v. Chairman Sahara Credit Co-operative Society Ltd.) pending before the Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission at Gorakhpur.

¶4Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and with the consent of counsel for the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the authority concerned to decide the aforesaid case strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, except upon payment of cost.
