¶1Heard Sri Vimal Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent No.1 and Miss. Shambhavi Tiwari, learned Counsel for Respondents No. 2 and 3.

¶2In pursuance of the previous order of this Court, instructions have been received by learned counsel for the respondents and have been read out before the Court. The instructions are to the effect that for the purposes of issuance of B.Ed. degree, the petitioner has to satisfy certain requirements of production of old mark-sheet and other documents.

¶3Instead of inviting counter affidavit in the present case, writ petition stands disposed of in the following terms:

(i) The University shall issue specific notice to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from today calling upon her to satisfy the requirements for the issuance of the concerned mark-sheet and B.Ed. degree.

(ii) The petitioner shall comply with the requirement of the notice within two weeks thereafter.

(iii) After the petitioner completes the requirement, the University shall take a decision strictly in accordance with law not later on

15.2.2024.

(iii) Petitioner shall file certified copy of this order before Respondent No.3, Examination Controller of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Univrsity, Agra within three weeks from today. Order Date :- 1.12.2023 Kumar Manish. High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
