¶1Heard Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner-Union of India, Mr. Radhe Shyam Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed for the relief as below: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 22.01.2019 passed by Learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad in Original Application No.1183 of 2008 (Jai Shree Thakur Vs. Union of India & Others) (Annexure No.1), to this writ petition.

(ii) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents for calling the entire records pertaining to the instant case from the Respondents.

(iii) pass any other suitable order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.

(iv) award the cost of the petition to the Petitioners."

¶3By a detailed order passed today, Writ-A No. 10505 of 2023 (Union of India & 2 Others vs. Heeral Lal & Another) has been dismissed.
