Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned AGA for the State-respondent. Learned counsel for the revisionist states that an application under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. was moved which was rejected by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lalitpur vide order dated 19.04.2023. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances the learned counsel for the revisionist accepts that there is an alternative efficacious remedy of lodging complaint under section 190 Cr.P.C. In view of above, the revision is disposed of with a direction that in case the revisionist moves an application u/s 190 Cr.P.C., the same may be considered in accordance with law.
