¶1The case of the petitioner is that the respondent - Nagar Palika Parishad, Auraiya, has not made payment of the pending bills of the petitioner in respect of the goods supplied to it in pursuance of advertisement dated 5.12.2022.

¶2Having regard to the facts of the case, we direct respondent no. 2 to pass a speaking order on the representation of the petitioner dated 26.6.2023 (annexure-5) within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with photocopy of the representation.
