¶2Present writ petition has been filed against the order dated

22.08.2023 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad in Original Application No. 330/00958 of 2018.

¶3In similar facts, by a detailed order dated 01.12.2023 Writ - A No. 10505 of 2023 (Union Of India & 2 Ors. Vs. Heera Lal & Anr.) has been dismissed.
