¶1Heard Sri V.K. Jaiswal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Miss. Shambhavi Tiwari, learned counsel for the Respondents No. 2 and 3 and learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent No.1.

¶2In view of the order proposed to be passed, it is not necessary to issue notice to Respondent No.4.

¶3Present writ petition has been filed claiming a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to summon the copy of Swasth Vratta Evam Yoga 2nd paper of BAMS (3rd Professional) course which was held in the month of August, 2022 and the same may be revaluated by the competent Professor and result may be declared and accordingly the respondents may be directed to issue fresh statement of marks to the petitioner.

¶4Pursuant to the previous order of this Court, Miss. Shambhavi Tiwari has placed instructions which are taken on record.

¶5The instructions are to the effect that revaluation of the answer sheets of those students who had applied under the Right to Information Act, has been carried out and in so far as petitioner is concerned there is no change of marks even after revaluation and same remain 36 prior to as well as after revaluation in the concerned paper.

¶6Miss. Shambhavi Tiwari shall serve a copy of the instructions upon Sri Jaiswal during the course of the day.

¶7In view of the decision of the University, no contrary view can be taken in the writ jurisdiction and relief claimed renders practically infractuous.
