¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Paras Nath Rai, learned counsel for the Electricity Department.

¶2When the petitioner's electricity connection was disconnected on account of non-payment of arrears of bill, the he approached this Court by means of Writ-C No.21462 of 2023, which was disposed of by this Court on 21.7.2023 asking the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner.

¶3The representation of the petitioner has now been decided vide order dated 12.9.2023 asking the petitioner to deposit Rs.94,415/-. The petitioner is aggrieved by this calculation done by the Electricity Department.

¶4If that is case, the petitioner may either approach the Electricity Department under Clause 6.5 of the U.P. Electricity Supply Code, 2005 or under the One Time Settlement Scheme, which is prevalent as on date.
