¶1Present writ petition is preferred with a prayer to command the Executive Engineer-second respondent to shift the location of electric pole/overhead line from the petitioner's Arazi No.964, Village Asawalpur, Post Officer Pindra, District Varanasi within stipulated period.

¶2At the very outset, Shri B.C. Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner apprised to the Court that the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.

¶3In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
