¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned AGA for the State.

¶2Present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to pass an order to expedite the Case No. 1330 of 2023, arising out of Case Crime No. 302 of 2022, under Section 498A, 323 and 504 of I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Chhatari, District-Bulandshahar pending before leaned court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Khurja, Bulandshahar and direct to the learned court concern to decide the case expeditiously preferably within a period of six month.

¶3From perusal of record, it appears that the case for which the applicant is seeking direction for expeditious disposal, itself was registered in 2022 after taking cognizance on chargesheet.

¶4Therefore, no positive direction is required at this stage. However, it is expected that the Court below will proceed as expeditiously as possible.
