¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the Respondent No.3 to consider the petitioner's claim for grant of approval to B.Pharma courses.

¶3Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for the University submits that the petitioner's claim has already been rejected on merits by order dated 28.10.2020.

¶4Sri Pandey has supplied the copy of the said order of rejection upon learned counsel for the petitioners today in Court.
