¶1Heard Shri N.I. Jafri, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sadrul Islam Jafri, learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

¶2The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the applicants with a prayer to quash the charge sheet dated 25.04.2021 and proceedings of Criminal Case No.10451 of 2021 (State Vs. Amiruddin and others) arising out of Case Crime No.182 of 2021, under Sections 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Banna Devi, District Aligarh pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aligarh.

¶3At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants submits that on account of some new development in the matter, the applicants do not want to press this application, as such, the applicants may be allowed to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh application with better particulars.

¶4Learned AGA has no objection to such prayer.

¶5In view of the above, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
