At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that on account of some defect in the application, he does not want to press this application, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh application with better particulars. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to such prayer. In view of the statement made by Shri Sushil Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant at the bar, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed with aforesaid liberty. OfÏce is directed to return the certified copy of the documents to the learned counsel for applicant within a week after retaining xerox copy of the same to be kept on record as per law.
