By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kavi Nagar, District Ghaziabad to expedite the proceedings in Criminal Case No. 990 of 2019-3651/2021 (Smt. Neeraj alias Malishka vs. Sandeep Rana and another) under Section 498A IPC. Police Station Kavi Nagar, District Ghaziabad within a stipulated time. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter is pending consideration which has not been decided till date. Perused the record as well as the order-sheet. Expeditious disposal of a case is the right of every litigant and it is expected from every court to endeavour to dispose of a case pending before it, expeditiously. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the court below i.e. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kavi Nagar, District Ghaziabad is directed to make all possible efforts to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.
