The present writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad Bench Allahabad to decide Company petition No. 46/Allahabad/2019 (Afaq Ahmad and others Vs. Sweet Home Dwelling Pvt. Ltd and others) within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said case is pending since 2019 and same may be decided within the stipulated time. The learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner. No useful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending in view of the order, which the Court proposes to pass hereunder. Without entering into the controversy involved in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad Bench Allahabad to decide the Company petition No. 46/Allahabad/2019 (Afaq Ahmad and others Vs. Sweet Home Dwelling Pvt. Ltd and others), expeditiously, after hearing the parties concerned, in accordance with law provided there is no other legal impediment.
