¶1Through this writ petition, the petitioner is claiming right of shelter under the Pradhanmantri Awas Yojna.

¶2As nothing is brought on record to indicate that the petitioner has ever applied under the scheme in question, therefore, we are not inclined to keep the writ petition pending consideration. In case the petitioner applies in accordance with law under the scheme in question, definitely the same would be processed by the District Level Committee.
