This petition has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early disposal of Criminal Revision No.127 of 2021 (Mohd. Talib v. State of U.P. and another), under Section 397(1) Cr.P.C. arising out of Criminal Case No.1432 of 2021 (Sumaiya Parven v. Mohd Talib), under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., Police Station Pawai, District Azamgarh, pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.3, Azamgarh. Considering the fact that the case has remained pending since 2021. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this case is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties.
