¶1Heard Shri Rakesh Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Indrabhan, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2In pith and substance, the petitioner is praying that its application/ representation dated 26.08.2022 be considered and decided by the third respondent i.e. Additional Magistrate, (Second), District Aligarh expeditiously.

¶3Be that as it may, without adverting on the merits of the case, with the consent of parties, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the third respondent i.e. Additional Magistrate, (Second), District Aligarh to consider the application of petitioner and pass appropriate order, strictly in accordance with law, within six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, but certainly after giving audience to all the stake holders in the matter.
