Prayer made by the petitioners to quash First Information Report registered as Case Crime No.283 of 2023, under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station Chirgaon, District Jhansi would not be entertained in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already concluded and chargesheet has been forwarded to the higher authority for approval on 25.11.2023. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed.
