Judgment

Court No. - 46 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 18215 of 2023 Petitioner :- Reeta Devi Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 7 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Rajeev Singh,Uday Bhan Singh Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Syed Aftab Husain Rizvi,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State. The prayer made in the writ petition to conduct fair investigation is not required to be entertained in view of the fact that the incident has occurred on 25.10.2023 whereas the FIR has been lodged on

26.10.2023. There is hardly any unusual delay in the matter which may justified interference by this Court at this stage. Even otherwise, in the event if the petitioner is not satisfied with the investigation, a remedy would be to approach the concerned Magistrate in section 156 Cr.P.C. With the observations made above, this petition is consigned to records. Order Date :- 1.12.2023 C. MANI High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
