¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned AGA for the State.

¶2At the very outset, counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw this petition so as to file petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for expeditious disposal of trial.

¶3Considering the aforesaid submission, present application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
