¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Devesh Vikram, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondent.

¶2Petitioner is before this Court with a request commanding the respondents not to take any action in pursuance of the report dated 11.9.2023 during pendency of the Original Suit No. 897 of 2022, Smt. Narayani Vs. Satya Dev and others pending before Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Bareilly.

¶3Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel fairly states that in case the petitioner moves an appropriate application ventilating her grievance before the Sub Divisional Magistrate concerned, definitely, the same will be considered and decided expeditiously.

¶4In view of the above, on consent and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally asking the petitioner to move an appropriate application/representation before the Sub Divisional Magistrate concerned ventilating her grievance within a week from today and in case any such application/representation is being preferred, definitely, the same would be looked into, examined and remedied strictly in accordance with law within four weeks thereafter.
