¶1The instant petition filed in public interest seeks a direction to the respondents to repair a public tubewell, which is alleged to be out of order since 2017.

¶2Having regard to the nature of the grievance, we permit the petitioner to approach respondent no.4 with his grievance in shape of written representation along with true attested copy of the instant order.

¶3Respondent no.4 will verify whether the tubewell is in working condition or not and if he finds that it is out of order, he will ensure that it is repaired within next four weeks. In case, there is any legal impediment, he will pass a speaking order within same time-frame and communicate the same to the petitioner. (Donadi Ramesh, J.) (Manoj Kumar Gupta, ACJ.)
