¶2Dr. Rajeshwar Tripathi, learned Chief Standing Counsel, present in the Court, has invited the attention of the Court to para 4 of affidavit filed by opposite party No1 wherein it has been stated that against the order of the writ Court, a Special Appeal No.334 of 2023 was preferred, which was decided vide order dated 18.05.2023 and the order passed by writ Court was set aside. A copy of the order passed by Appellate Court has been brought on record as Annexure 1 to the compliance affidavit.
