¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The instant petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "i) a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to execute the orders dated 30.7.2016 and

14.12.2018 passed in proceeding U/s 29/41 of U.P. Revenue Act, 1901 in case no. RST/04102/2018, computer case no. T0201815510404102, Lavtu Vs. Chandan Ram, within stipulated period as deem fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court.

ii) a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to consider the pending representations dated

23.1.2020 and 6.8.2022 of the petitioner within stipulated period as deem fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court."

¶3Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the order has been complied with by the respondents' authorities.

¶3In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in the matter.
