¶2Dr. Rajeshwar Tripathi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel informs the Court that the only direction of the writ Court was to the extent to decide Misc. Case No.108 of 2013, which the opposite party has decided vide order dated

28.11.2022, a copy of which has been brought on record as Annexure -1 to the compliance affidavit.

¶3In view of the said fact as the order of writ Court has been complied with, the contempt application has rendered infructuous and stands dismissed.
