Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State. The petitioner is the informant and is aggrieved by the progress of investigation in case crime no.324 of 2022. The records reveal that the closure report has not been accepted by the Magistrate and further investigation has been ordered on the protest petition filed by the petitioner. The concerned Magistrate is already seized of the matter. For any grievance relating to non conduct of fair investigation, petitioner's remedy would be to approach the concerned Magistrate only, at the first instance.
