¶1Earlier on 26.09.2022 following order was passed: "List revised. No one is present on behalf of the applicant to press the contempt application. List in ordinary course."

¶2Today the case has been called out twice but no one is present on behalf of applicant to press the application.

¶3From perusal of record it transpires that either the order of the writ Court has been complied with or the applicant has lost interest in the matter.

¶4In view of the said fact, the contempt application is dismissed as infructuous.
