¶2Dr. Rajeshwar Tripathi, learned Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State has invited the attention of the Court to paras 7, 10, 11 and 12 of the compliance affidavit wherein it has been stated that the order of the writ Court has been complied with and necessary order has been passed on 23.01.2023.

¶3In view of the said fact as the order of writ Court has been complied with, the contempt application has rendered infructuous and stands dismissed.
