The present writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the U.P. Waqf Tribunal, Lucknow to decide the Reference No. 88/2017 (Syed Amin Husain (since deceased and two others Vs. U.P. Shiya Central Waqf Board) within a period stipulated as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that aforesaid reference of the petitioners is pending since 2017 and same may be decided within the stipulated time. The learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the submission made by the counsel for the petitioners. No useful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending in view of the order, which the Court proposes to pass hereunder. Without entering into the controversy involved in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the U.P. Waqf Tribunal, Lucknow to decide the Reference No. 88/2017 (Syed Amin Husain (since deceased and two others Vs. U.P.
