Mohd. Shakeel and others, including the charge sheet dated 26.4.2023 filed in Case Crime No. 90 of 2022, under Sections 294-A, 298, 188 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Meeraganj, District jaunpur as well as the cognizance order dated 24.7.2023 passed by Civil Judge (J.D.)/F.T.C./ Judicial Magistrate, Jaunpur. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for applicant does not press this application and prays for withdrawal. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
