This Court entertained the writ petition on 29.11.2023 while passing the following orders: "The contention of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner is that the order dated 16.11.2023 passed by District Inspector of Schools, Chitrakoot has been passed in violation of principles of natural justice on the premise that the writ petitioner is unwell and she is not doing her work properly. The explanation offered by the writ petitioner is that there are two clerks being one of them senior clerk and the other is junior clerk and both stands attached in the office of the District Inspector of Schools and the writ petitioner is commanding good health. Sri Awdesh Kumar Mishra seeks time to obtain instructions. Put up this case on 02.12.2023 as fresh at 2:00 P.M." Today instructions have provided under the signature of District Inspector of Schools, Chitrakoot dated 01.12.2023 according to which, the writ petitioner has expired on 01.12.2023. The said fact has also not been disputed by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition has been dismissed having infructuous. A copy of the instructions so provided to the Court shall be provided to the learned counsel for the writ petitioner. The instruction filed today is taken on record and marked as appendix-A.
