¶1Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.

¶2The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to permit the petitioner to appear before the Family Court Moradabad through counsel in Case No.1477 of 2022 (Smt. Geeta Chakrvorty Vs. Gaulam Kumar) under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act.

¶3It is argued by learned counsel for petitioner that in this regard an application has already been filed before the Court below and prays that the Court below be directed to decide the aforesaid application expeditiously.

¶4Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

¶5In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid application, if possible, on the next date fixed in the matter. If on account of any reason, the same could not be decided, the aforesaid application be decided within a period of six weeks and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
