¶1Heard counsel for the parties.

¶2The present writ petition is preferred for the following reliefs :- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari and to set aside the impugned report dated 07.08.2023 prepared by respondent no. 5.

(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents (specially respondent no.5) to issue a fresh licence of meat shop in terms of application dated 04.03.2023 filed by the petitioner before respondent no. 5 and further direct the respondent authorities to act in accordance with law."

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However, leave is accorded to the petitioner to apply for fresh application in response to the order dated 07.08.2023. In case, any such application is preferred before the authority concerned, definitely, the same would be processed expeditiously as per law.
