The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs :- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 to inquire the embezzlement of the toilet work in the village, Village Panchayat-Bamnauli, Block-Tamkuhiraj, District-Kushinagar in pursuance of the letter dated 13.01.2023 issued by the respondent no. 2.

(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 to consider the complaint raised by the petitioner and take appropriate action regarding complaint raised by the petitioner." In pith and substance, the petitioner is asking that, till date, the complaint for redressal of his grievance may be decided expeditiously. Learned Standing Counsel very fairly submits that, in case, any such complaint is pending, the same would be decided by the concerned authority. In view of the above, without entering into the merit of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the authority concerned to consider and decide the complaint of the petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably, within six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, but after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders in the matter.
