¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2By means of the present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned court below to consider and decide Case No.6469 of 2010 (State Vs. Rambabu and others) arising out of Case Crime No.785 of 2009, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 504, & 506 IPC, Police Station-Sirsaganj, District-Firozabad, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.II, Shikohabad, Firozabad within time stipulated by this Court.

¶3It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the matter is pending before the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shikohabad, Firozabad since 2010 and till date no charges have been framed. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time.

¶4No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed off with a direction to court below to consider and decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
