¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2By means of the present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned court below to consider and decide Case No.1028 of 2017 (Geetam vs. Shishupal and others) arising out of Case Crime No.88 of 2013, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Mahila Thana Rakabganj, District Agra, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra within time stipulated by this Court.

¶3It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the matter is pending since 2017. He further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time.

¶4No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed off with a direction to court below to consider and decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
